Job Description:
- - Explain and communicate consignment and buyout process to showroom consignors.
- - Check in new items for quotation into system, inspecting each item for flaws and documenting item's measurements and physical description.
- - Receiving and storing the new items for quotation at the warehouse.
- - Prepare stock transfer sheet for items under quotation and handover to authentication and procurement team.
- - Responsible for quotations’ communication to consignors.
- - Maintain and track quotations approval and refusal
- - Maintain and track price reduction proposal approval and refusal.
- - Responsible for consignors accounts management.
- - Arrange pick up for new consignment with courier.

- - Greeting customers who enter the shop
