> Account Manager (2 Vacancies)

 Job location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

  • - Explain and communicate consignment and buyout process to showroom consignors.
  • - Check in new items for quotation into system, inspecting each item for flaws and documenting item's measurements and physical description.
  • - Receiving and storing the new items for quotation at the warehouse. 
  • - Prepare stock transfer sheet for items under quotation and handover to authentication and procurement team.
  • - Responsible for quotations’ communication to consignors.
  • - Maintain and track quotations approval and refusal
  • - Maintain and track price reduction proposal approval and refusal.
  • - Responsible for consignors accounts management.
  • - Arrange pick up for new consignment with courier.
  • - Answering queries from customers regarding consignment
  • - Responsible of handling consignors’ complaints.
  • - Maintain monthly consignors report; Recurrence report (How many new and repeated consignors), by location, value, volume and brand, Refused and in-active consignors analysis.
  • Build strong relation with consignors and contact inactive consignors from time to time.


  • - Bachlor's degree.
  • - Excellent communication skills.
  • - Very good oral and written communication skills in both English & Arabic. (Arabic is a plus)
  • - Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • - Good knowledge in MS office (Excel and outlook)

> Sales Associate (3 Vacancies)

Job Location: 2 Vacanies for Dubai, UAE & one Vacancy in Cairo, Egypt

  • - Greeting customers who enter the shop
  • - Assisting shoppers to find the products they are looking for
  • - Answering quires from customers
  • - Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
  • - Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
  • - Responsible for online orders; confirmation, preparation, and courier
  • - Balancing cash registers with receipts
  • - Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc

Job Description:

  • - Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
  • - Assist in the development of all strategic and tactical marketing initiatives and plans. 
  • - Write, execute, and deploy email marketing campaigns and web content. 
  • - Write and manage the company’s blog content
  • - Consider new ways to further develop our company website in order to make it a selling tool. 
  • - Review web analytics, ad words campaigns and Social media advertisement on an ongoing basis and generate monthly reports regarding site traffic with E-commerce manager 
  • - Create and execute publicity campaigns and press releases. 
  • - Manage all social media sites by keeping them active and dynamic. 
  • - Coordinate and organize all tradeshow arrangements (registration, shipping, promotion, travel).

  • - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
  • - 2+ years experience in marketing.

Job description

  • - Reminding the vice president of important tasks and deadlines
  • - Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the vice president.
  • - Develop and maintain internal communication systems (intranet, newsletters, emails, company announcements). 
  • - Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • - Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • - Liaising with staff, suppliers and customers.
  • - Screening phone calls, emails and dealing with enquiries where appropriate
  • - Making appointments and planning vice president’s diary
  • - Organizing and attending meetings; taking minutes of meeting and following up and update manager with actions
  • - Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary
