Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide for free through SpeedEx Courier and Emirates Post using EMS Service with provided tracking number for easy reference and updates. We are shipping within 48 hours after receiving your payments (excluding weekends and public holidays) whereas the transit time is as follows: UAE within 2 days, Gulf countries & Middle East 4-5 days EMS, rest of the world  4-7 days.

Returns Policy
 if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 2 days of the date received in the same condition & not used (For outside UAE shipment). However, for UAE shipments once you received the item and you are not satisfied with item, just give it back to courier at the same time before paying .  In order to avoid unnecessary returns, please read the description and view the photos carefully and do not hesitate to ask more questions and request more photos. All our boutique sales are final with no return due to the natural of the consigned item.  Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

For UAE orders you can pay cash on delivery or using your credit card online, while for international orders you can check out using your credit card online.
